This project consisted of two parts: the purchase of equipment for the food production, which included a pH meter to measure acidity, two refractometers to measure consistency, an industrial gas burner, and kitchen utensils; and a 5-day training course administered by the Atayeb al Rif Cooperative.

Of those 5 days, one was spent training women on food safety and HACCP compliance, three days on hands-on training on pickles, jams, pastries, and dry fruit production, and the last day was devoted to team building and cooperative management.
