This projects was implemented to benefit from water from the 'El Bhiss" spring in Bkerkacha and bring it all the way to Bazoon through the installation of 2.8km of pipes. Over 150 families benefited from this endeavor, which allowed proper irrigation of the land and more efficient distribution of the water. Production also increased due to an increase in the size of the land being cultivated.

This project entailed installing a water pump and 400 meters worth of pipes, in order to deliver water up to the village. SEAL had already funded two water projects in the area, and this third one acted as a complement, allowing an entire region to benefit from irrigated agricultural land.

This project is a part of SEAL’s IRRIGATION NETWORK program, which digs wells and installs irrigation systems throughout Lebanon.
