Codi is aimed at youth distanced from the labor market and under- represented in the digital industry; mainly NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), people with little or no formal qualifications, women and girls. Minimum age is 17 years old with no age ceiling. Codi Lebanon delivers a free apprenticeship over a period of six months. After this period, they help students gain sustainable income, often through local employment but also through free-lancing and auto-entrepreneurship.

SEAL funded 4 Lebanese women who were enrolled in the 4th cohort at Codi. They graduated at the end of November 2019. The expected time for alumni to find a job is normally between 3 to 4 months after graduation. CODI is in regular contact with their graduates and do their best to help them find jobs.
