SEAL's first project was a publication, "The Enchanted Book of Lebanon", which described the adventures of two Lebanese children discovering their country. The story covered the Phoenician times up to the present, including the war period. The publication was written by Michele El Khoury Tager, and featured illustrations by children in Lebanese schools. The publication aimed to educate and inspire children with Lebanese heritage about their homeland, and also served as an income generator during SEAL's first year.
